Saturday afternoon and Geoff and Biddy arrive while I’m out buying some extra bits. We stay in all evening and make prepares a meal for us which was very nice, but Maggi’s not really happy with it. The only issue I thought was the potatoes which were overcooked.
We decided to watch All the Preside Men, the story of Woodward and Bernstein reporting of the Watergate affair. Maggi and I sat through it all and I enjoyed this old movie. Biddy bailed out after 40 minutes and Geoff fell asleep for most of it. Geoff was extremely complimentary about virtually everything during the whole weekend.
On the Sunday I had mapped out a walk which toured around Beaconsfield. We parked out car in old Beaconsfield just near Brasserie Blanc where we would eat Sunday lunch later. The route took about 90 minutes and crossed over a golf course and past some very expensive houses.

We had a very good Sunday lunch and waved goodbye to Biddy and Geoff as they made their way back to Devon.
