We met up with Richard, Aida and Josh at Lucy’s flat near Crouch End on Sunday lunch time. We walked down to Crouch End to eat at a tapas restaurant called La Fabricia in the main drag. For a busy time the restaurant had only one other occupied table. It made me immediately concerned.
It didn’t take long for me to discover that my worry was justified. The small plates were extremely small and as a result the meal represented very poor value as we were all more or less hungry at the end of the meal. Josh joined us towards the close and drank a Campari and soda.
From the centre of the of Crouch End we walked up Crouch Hill to the Parkland walk.
After walking to the end and back the time had drifted on to 5 pm and we decided to return home. All very relaxed and a very enjoyable Sunday.
